As a subcontractor to Turner Construction, this project began our relationship with the Mconnell Foundation. This 23,000 square foot private office project situated in a 25 acre wetlands and lake setting featured many comparable elements of the Lassen Visitor Center. Our forces completed all of the building and site concrete work, including the full lake water source HVAC system mechanical basement and site retaining walls, four water features, interior and exterior wood finishes, and all stone veneer covered concrete structured; such as concrete columns and the fireplace. All exposed wood trims are Honduran Mahogany from Verified Certified Sustainable sources.
