This project included work in close proximity to the Sacrament river, requiring careful attention to storm water runoff. A mishap with the site contractor on a Saturday nearly resulted in fines from The Water Quality Control Board when and illegal discharge was eminent. We reacted immediately and averted the problem. The project included substantial re-alignment at Park Marina Dr. The five acre site was completely regarded as well as re-paved and landscaped. The 80000 sq. ft. facility was remodeled and structurally retrofitted to allow almost any occupancy. The Shasta County Child Protective Services Division Leased 40,000 sq. ft. which was converted, from a retail store, to a New County Office Building, Including a new Judges Chambers and state of the art security.
