Provided site development on 9.5 acre site, included all roads and utilities for a current 14,000 sq. ft office building and seven additional future building sites. Developed with an architectural wetland catchments basin to bio-filter all of the storm water run off from the entire site. Architectural finished poured in place 14 foot tall, 12 inch thick concrete spiral retaining walls with a light exposed aggregate finish, stone terraces, water features and flush curb roadways and parking areas. All native trees, grasses and floweres were used for land scaping. We value engineered the original estimate of $7.5 million into the $5 million budget, with no loss of function. |
