This project includes a new structural steel canopy and façade, split face block service writers office, new customer lounge , ADA compliant bathrooms, accounting office and general interior remodeling. Additional work includes demolition of existing structures and facility, structural footing concrete and slabs, handicap accessible ramps and stairs, traffic and pedestrian control.
